Students in Bible 10-12 expressed a desire to participate in a community project and/or outreach, so their teacher, Mrs. Harford, set aside a number of Friday afternoon Bible class periods for this purpose. How inspiring to see our older students working to improve our CAA playground as a first project: replenishing the pea gravel around playground equipment, sweeping gravel to ensure the safety of our younger students, and painting fresh four-square games for student use. As younger students headed outside to play, several asked, what are the teenagers doing? They are making our playground a better place, replied another. What a lovely observation to hear! We are proud of our high school students.
